This licence is based on "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike" licence. The text of http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode is therefore hereby included in this licence.

In the case of photographs or other material which refers to identifyable individuals, the intention of this licence is that this license is revoked following a complaint or objection by any of those individuals. Hence, among any other changes that might be needed to implement this intention, the base above is modified by ...
  1. All occurences of the word "perpetual" in the Creative Commons licence are to be replaced by "conditionally revokable".

  2. (7.a.) is replaced with "This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the terms of this License."; and the remainder of the clause is deleted.

Since the intention is to ensure that a full definition of the licence restrictions remain with the work, all references in the above base, to "Uniform Resource Identifier", "(URI) for, this License", and "URI for this page",  should be understood to refer to the original reference in the form given in 1. above.

Change List

The version of the license applicable to any particular work, is the most current version that existed at the time the licence was applied. Updating this licence does not therefore change pre-existing licences. To cater for this, in the case of major changes, this page will therefore be retained, and a new page will be created with a new url  for application to newly licenced works.
 
Minor changes on the other hand will be detailed below, and will not generate new pages. To determine the exact conditions applying to any given license it may therefore be necessary to compare the dates of the revisions and the date of application of the licence. Note that the intention is that in the event of licensed material being re-licencing it is the most up to date copy of the license referenced, which is applicable.
